Paul F. Mahler graduated from the University of California, Boalt Hall School of Law in 1980. He first served as in-house counsel at a major educational company headquartered in San Francisco and later joined the law firm of Bramson, Plutzik, Mahler & Birkhaeuser, LLP. Mr. Mahler was an attorney/partner of that firm for 20 years, where he remains of counsel. In 2006, Mr. Mahler moved his practice to Alameda, California, where he lives with his wife and two children.
Mr. Mahler is a business transactions attorney, working primarily with privately held and closely owned businesses of all sizes. He particularly enjoys working closely with the management of established companies on legal matters that impact their business operations and goals, as well as working with entrepreneurial clients in developing their business start-ups.
Mr. Mahler is a member of the California State Bar, the Alameda County Bar Association, and the Contra Costa County Bar Association. He is an Associate Professor at California State University, East Bay, teaching Contract Law in CSUEB’s Paralegal Studies program.
